Fix Your Squat By Doing This

Whenever you squat, you should never ever have your knees going inward because you’re putting yourself at immense risk for a knee injury that will take you out for months.

Instead, actively think about pushing your knees out during the entire squat!

Also, if it helps you rather than squatting with your feet pointing forward, turn your foot slightly outward for a more comfortable squat!
