A decade in heaven 🪽
10 years ago this morning, my mom took her final breath.
Today, I can’t stop thinking about the body that was failing her by the hour at the end of her fight and the spirit that just wouldn't quit.
She was a bad as they come. It's been a decade and l am still not over her fortitude & I probably won't ever be.
This life has been so hard but it's still so, so good.
