🎃 Pumpkin Spice Pancakes | Cozy Fall Breakfast

These Pumpkin Spice Pancakes are fluffy, spiced, and full of cozy fall flavor. Perfect for chilly mornings with maple syrup on top!

Ingredients (8–10 pancakes):

• 1 cup pumpkin purée

• 2 large eggs

• 1 ¼ cups milk

• 2 tbsp melted butter

• 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

• 2 tbsp sugar

• 2 tsp baking powder

• ½ tsp baking soda

• 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

• ½ tsp cinnamon

• ¼ tsp nutmeg

• Pinch of salt

Directions:

1. In a medium bowl, whisk together pumpkin purée, eggs, milk, and melted butter until smooth.

2. In another bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, spices, and salt.
