Ingredients:

• 1 loaf brioche or challah bread, cubed

• 4 large eggs

• 2 cups milk

• ½ cup brown sugar

• 1 tsp cinnamon

• 1 tsp vanilla

Topping:

• ½ cup butter

• ½ cup brown sugar

• ½ cup chopped pecans

Directions:

1. Grease a 9×13 baking dish and spread cubed bread evenly.
