✨ WOMEN OF THE BIBLE SERIES • DAY 1: ESTHER 👑💜
Some of the greatest stories of faith begin with ordinary people who simply said “Yes” to God.
Esther wasn’t fearless—she was faithful.
She could have stayed silent.
She could have chosen comfort.
Instead, she trusted God’s plan and stepped into the purpose He had prepared for her.
“Perhaps you were born for such a time as this.” — Esther 4:14

Reflecting on Esther’s story, I find her courage in the face of uncertainty truly inspiring. Like many of us, she wasn’t fearless; instead, she chose faith over fear, trusting God's timing even when the future seemed unclear. One of the most profound lessons from Esther is understanding that each of us is placed where we are "for such a time as this" (Esther 4:14). This reminds me that our daily challenges and opportunities are never accidental but part of a divine purpose. When I embraced this mindset, it shifted how I approached obstacles and decisions. Instead of retreating into comfort or silence, I began to see challenges as invitations to step into my God-given role. Esther’s example encourages us that our obedience—small or large—can have far-reaching effects beyond what we can imagine. In practical terms, Esther’s story has taught me the power of prayer, courage, and community support. Sharing with others who inspire us, like the women tagged in this series, fuels our spirit and strengthens our resolve to act according to God's calling. Whether we face personal trials, leadership roles, or opportunities to speak up for justice, remembering Esther’s faith inspires boldness. If you are trusting God with something bigger than yourself, take heart that your story matters greatly. Your voice has value, and your faithfulness can bring transformation, not just in your life but also in the lives of those around you. Let’s continue to encourage each other on this journey, knowing that God uses ordinary women in extraordinary ways. Who knows? Perhaps you were born for such a time as this.
