Starting my health journey & it’s definitely not perfect or easy, but here are some quick, easy & delicious meals that I’ve made since starting! I’m still learning as I go but I’m enjoying it more & more ✨

One of my favorite go-to meals includes a refreshing quinoa salad with chopped cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and a light lemon vinaigrette. It’s not only vibrant and tasty but also packed with fiber and protein to keep you energized. Another simple dish I enjoy is baked salmon seasoned with herbs paired with steamed broccoli and sweet potatoes—this combo provides plenty of omega-3 fatty acids and essential vitamins. Don’t be discouraged if your first attempts aren’t perfect; healthy eating is a learning curve. Experimenting with flavors and textures is part of the fun and helps you discover meals you truly enjoy. Remember, the key is balance and making choices that nourish your body while fitting your lifestyle.
