I made a mistake yesterday…. I wasn’t prepared for food. Ya girl needs protein (you as well need more protein! 😜) and more food than honestly what most conferences will provide. So, I left STARVVVVING. The first stop before I came to the conference today was Whole Foods + it gave me lifeeee 🔥

How I prioritize my health during conference trips

Visiting new places for conferences can be super cool! It’s can however, be hard to prioritize fitness and health. Some ways to still get some movement in is to do walking tours, visit gyms in the area or the rec center at the campus if it’s on campus! Also trying new classes you never tried! F
