Foods That Help My Milk Flow Like Whoa!

As a breastfeeding mama, I’ve learned that what I eat really can make a difference in my milk supply. These are some of my go-to foods:

• Oatmeal (bonus if it’s warm!)

• Spinach or leafy greens

• Almonds for healthy fats

• Whole grains like whole wheat bread

• Fresh fruits (especially strawberries!)

These aren’t magic, but they definitely support my body while it works hard to feed my baby. Staying consistent + staying nourished = more milk + more energy.
