Junk Journal Inspo- Bar Crawl Edition
I already shared my thoughts on the Bar Crawl itself, but I did want to share my junk journal from the night! I think it turned out super cute! I wanted to keep it simple so I could see all the different bars that were set up around the zoo.
My boyfriend gave me his lanyard from the night, so I was able to cut it to border the page and I think really ties it together (it was missing a “chunky” item!)

Junk journaling is a fun and creative way to document your experiences. This art form allows you to collect and repurpose items that represent memorable moments, like the lanyard from a bar crawl event. When participating in events like the Brew Zoo at the Kansas City Zoo, keep an eye out for unique memorabilia that can add flair to your journal. From ticket stubs to drink menus, each piece can tell a story about your night. Consider using themed decorations like cocktail images or logos from the vendors you encounter. Integrating your text with collages of designs from your night can bring your pages to life. Remember to date your entries and add notes about each venue to invoke nostalgia later. Participating in events where various vendors and bars set up booths offers a rich opportunity for journaling. Try to gather brochures or any promotional materials given out at each stop. These can provide great visuals, and writing down your thoughts and experiences can enhance the sentimental value of your journal entries. Happy journaling!
