Dislike water? 💦
This drink was all over my TikTok FYP because I’m not a fan of water but as a pregnant girly I need to be hydrated. So this is one of the drinks that I tried and it’s pretty good!
Ingredients:
Cranberry juice (I use Ocean Spray)
Pineapple juice (I used Dole or Walmart brand)
Coconut water or no flavor Pediyalite
Now I don’t like coconut water but apparently you don’t taste it, but because I was making another drink (The Starbucks iced peach green tea lemonade that I posted) I substituted it for Pediyalite because I didn’t want coconut water to ruin the taste. Again I made a 1 gallon pitcher but I don’t suggest doing that and to make it as you crave it!
I totally get it – plain water can feel so… boring! Especially when your body is craving extra hydration, like during pregnancy, and you just can't bring yourself to sip another glass. That's why discovering delicious alternatives has been a game-changer for me. This vibrant red beverage I shared is fantastic, but there are so many other ways to transform your hydration routine and truly quench your thirst. One of the biggest keys is making your drinks exciting. If you're like me and find water bland, try infusing it! It’s super simple. Just add slices of cucumber and fresh mint leaves for a spa-like refreshment, or lemon and ginger for a zesty kick. Berries like strawberries or raspberries, even a few slices of orange, can add natural sweetness and a beautiful visual appeal. The trick is to let them sit for a few hours in the fridge so the flavors really meld. Using plenty of ice cubes also makes any drink feel more refreshing and appealing, especially on a warm day. Beyond infusions, consider simple homemade electrolyte-rich drinks. You don't always need store-bought products. A pinch of sea salt, a squeeze of lemon or lime, and a spoonful of honey in water can create a surprisingly effective and tasty hydrator. Or, for something fruitier, try diluting fruit juice with sparkling water. This gives you flavor and fizz without too much sugar. My personal go-to when I'm feeling a bit sluggish is chilled hibiscus tea (unsweetened) with a splash of lime – it’s naturally tart, vibrant, and incredibly thirst-quenching. Staying consistently hydrated means making it a habit. I try to keep a cute water bottle with me at all times. Seeing it reminds me to drink, and sometimes just having a straw makes it easier to sip throughout the day. Setting reminders on your phone can also be helpful. And don't forget foods contribute to your hydration! Watermelon, cucumbers, oranges, and berries are packed with water and nutrients. Ultimately, the goal is to find what works for you to make hydration enjoyable. Whether it’s a vibrant red beverage, a subtly flavored infusion, or a sparkling fruity mix, finding your perfect 'Quench Your Thirst!' drink transforms a chore into a delightful ritual. Experiment with different combinations, keep plenty of ice on hand, and listen to your body. You'll be surprised how much better you feel when you're well-hydrated, and it doesn't have to be boring!

Sounds great but what are the measurements
