For example, if a friend or partner breaks your trust once, it's understandable to forgive. But when the same behavior keeps happening without any real change, it's a sign to reconsider that relationship. Holding on to people who don’t respect your limits creates unnecessary pain and stunts your personal growth. Motivation plays a key role here. Reminding yourself that you deserve respect and kindness helps reinforce your decision to let go of toxic dynamics.
