With only 33 days until I head to Las Vegas for the Chris Brown & Usher concert, I’ve officially started my concert prep challenge! 🎤✨
I’m not chasing perfection—I’m chasing consistency.
For the next 33 days, my focus is:
💗 Weight loss
💪 Toning my body
✨ Reducing the appearance of back fat
💧 Drinking more water
🥗 Eating with intention
🏃🏽♀️ Staying active, even with 2 jobs and 3 kids
I know life is busy, so this plan is built around my real schedule. Some days I’ll have an hour to work out, and other days I’ll only have 20 minutes—but I’m committed to showing up anyway.
I’m sharing this to keep myself accountable and hopefully encourage someone else who’s been waiting for the “perfect time” to start.
If you’ve got a goal you’re working toward, let’s do it together! Drop your goal below, save this post so we can check back in together, and follow along as I document my progress over the next 33 days. 💕✨

From my own experience, breaking down your goals into smaller milestones helps keep your progress on track and manageable, especially when juggling a busy life with work and family.
For example, focusing on consistent movement even on a 20-minute workout day can be just as effective as longer sessions if done regularly. Incorporating daily hydration goals—aiming for 80-100 ounces of water—helps improve energy levels and supports weight loss by reducing bloating and flushing out toxins.
In addition to exercise, paying attention to nutrition by eating more whole foods, protein at every meal, and reducing sugary drinks can greatly accelerate results. Tracking your progress visually with photos or notes about waist and hip measurements can provide extra encouragement when the scale doesn’t move much.
Consistency truly beats perfection. Learning to listen to your body and adjust intensity, such as focusing on strength training for toning and cardio for fat reduction, contributes to sustainable results. Working on problem areas like back fat by including targeted exercises like rows or reverse flys can help reduce its appearance over time.
Lastly, accountability is a powerful tool. Sharing your goals with a community or friends, as done in this 33-day challenge, creates motivation and support that can make all the difference on days when you feel less driven. Remember, the goal isn’t to be perfect — it’s about showing up and committing to yourself every day.
Embrace the journey towards feeling confident and unstoppable at your event or concert. Small daily actions build momentum, and by the end of 33 days, you’ll likely see both physical and mental benefits that extend far beyond the show.
