My Elf BLUE-TY Sleep Night Oil arrived today yall!!🤗
Blue is my favorite color so this packaging automatically got me 🥴 The box is reflective and it’s all colored themed a very pretty ocean like blue! The bottle feels like it’s made of glass so definitely handle with care🫶🏽 It comes with a glass dropper so that’s why i would assume the bottle is glass as well!
Around 2/3 weeks on the wait but this was definitely worth it💙 I Also obtained offers for the L’Oréal LUMI Glotion and e.l.f Soft Glam Satin Foundation! I was hoping they were going to give this foundation away as a sample and then they did! I’m beyond thrilled😆
... Read moreOkay, so after getting my hands on the e.l.f. BLUE-TY Sleep Night Oil, I couldn't wait to incorporate it into my nightly routine! The initial unboxing was so exciting, but now it's time to talk about what this 'Youth Boosting' and 'Smooth + Soothe' elixir actually does for your skin.
First off, what exactly is a sleep night oil, and why should you consider adding it to your skincare? Unlike a regular moisturizer, a night oil is typically packed with concentrated ingredients designed to work while you sleep, when your skin is in repair mode. The e.l.f. BLUE-TY Sleep Night Oil specifically claims to deliver 'Youth Boosting' benefits, aiming to reduce the appearance of fine lines and improve skin elasticity over time. Plus, it promises to 'Smooth + Soothe', which is perfect for anyone dealing with tired or irritated skin at the end of the day. It’s formulated to replenish and restore your skin’s barrier overnight, leaving you with a refreshed complexion by morning.
Using it is super simple. After cleansing and toning my face, I take about 2-3 drops of the blue-tinted oil with the glass dropper and gently massage it onto my face and neck using upward strokes. The texture is surprisingly lightweight, not greasy at all, and it absorbs beautifully into the skin without leaving a heavy film. I was initially worried it might feel too rich for my combination skin, but it truly leaves a soft, dewy finish without any sticky residue. The subtle, calming scent is also a lovely bonus, making my bedtime routine feel a bit more luxurious and helping me wind down. I make sure to apply it before my regular night cream, allowing the oil to penetrate deeply.
I've only been using the e.l.f. BLUE-TY Sleep Night Oil for a short while, but I've already noticed my skin feels incredibly soft, hydrated, and looks more radiant when I wake up. It definitely lives up to the 'Smooth + Soothe' claim, as my skin feels calmer and less prone to redness, especially after a long day. I’ve even seen a subtle improvement in the overall texture of my skin, making it feel more plump and resilient. For $18, I think this oil is a fantastic addition to a budget-friendly skincare routine, offering visible results that feel like they come from a much more expensive product. It truly feels like a higher-end product without the hefty price tag, making it accessible for everyone to try.
If you're curious about trying out products like this for free, keep an eye on brands like e.l.f. Cosmetics on social media, especially Instagram! Many brands run campaigns where they offer samples or even full-sized products in exchange for honest reviews. It’s how I snagged this amazing oil and also got offers for the L’Oréal LUMI Glotion and e.l.f. Soft Glam Satin Foundation. Always make sure to actively engage with their posts, follow their instructions, fill out your information accurately, and respond quickly to offers, as they can be quite popular and limited. It takes a bit of patience, usually 2-3 weeks for delivery, but it’s absolutely worth it to try out new products without spending a dime. Sometimes, these programs are called "product testing" or "influencer programs," and you don't need a huge following to get selected. Just show genuine interest! Who doesn't love getting free beauty hauls straight to their door? Give it a shot, you might just find your next holy grail product!
Oh nice! I finally got my first elf one to pop up, the Soft Glam foundation, though the light shades where out and I think it will be too dark. And for some reason L'Oréal always denies me for makeup samples. 😭 But I've gotten skincare from them before.
I have been following E.L.F. for a while now and I have never gotten anything free from them. They are my go to brand on lots of my makeup and brushes!
