When you are programmed to believe you are a sinner, that God is judging you by what you do, and that you have to hustle and grind to be successful, you unconsciously create success to prove your worth.
Everything I achieved before 2025 was an attempt to prove I was good enough and worthy of success.
Now that I’ve accomplished my dream of being paid to exist, to be authentically me, I’ve learned that my identity had to shift on 3 levels for this to be my reality.
And until you shift these 3 levels, you will continue to operate in survival mode, burnout, and stress trying to prove your worth.
The 3 levels that must be recalibrated for you to release success built from proving:
🦋Identity - how you see yourself
🦋Frequency - your dominant energy and feeling
🦋Nervous System - how safe your body feels receiving
When ALL 3 levels are recalibrated, success is no longer something you work hard for, something you use to prove your value. Success becomes the natural consequence of who you are.

From my personal experience, trying to achieve success solely through hustle and proving my worth always left me feeling drained and incomplete. It wasn't until I consciously worked on shifting my identity—truly seeing myself as worthy without constant validation—that my approach changed profoundly. Aligning my frequency, or the dominant energy I emitted, transformed how opportunities and experiences came to me. Once I stopped vibrating in a mindset of lack or scarcity, I noticed the universe responded with more aligned support and abundance. Most importantly, learning to calm and regulate my nervous system helped me feel safe receiving success without resistance. The body’s fight-or-flight response can often block progress and joy if success is perceived as a threat from past conditioning. This three-level recalibration is a powerful framework that helped me escape survival mode and burnout. The changes didn’t happen overnight but came through consistent self-awareness and practices like meditation, affirmations, and bodywork.
