Identity work involves clarifying your values, beliefs, and the story you want your business to tell. When you align your strategy with this internal framework, the external results become more consistent and impactful. For instance, doubling prices isn’t just about charging more—it’s about embodying the value you deliver, which comes from a confident, clear identity. Furthermore, clients sense when a business is authentic and aligned, which naturally boosts their success rate and retention—people stay with those they trust and connect with on a deeper level. From my personal journey, integrating identity work transformed not only how I lead my projects but also how my clients engage and stick with me long-term. This approach is also crucial in manifestation and transformation processes. By cultivating a strong inner identity, it’s easier to manifest business goals and personal growth effectively.
