Outstanding Thai Life Insurance Agent Quality Award
The TNQA Award stands for Thailand National Quality Awards or its Thai name is Outstanding Thai Life Insurance Agent Quality Award.
The award is organized by the Association of Life Insurance Agents and Financial Advisors (THAIFA) to honor and recognize life insurance agents who have performed excellent work and consistently maintain professional standards.
The main judging criteria will look at 2. The key parts are:
1. Sales volume (Production): Must have the number of cases and the number of premiums for the first year as specified by the Association (i.e. not less than 30 cases in the specified period)
2.Quality of work (Retention): This is the heart of this award. The agent must have a Persistency Rate of not less than 90% (both income and insured amount) for 2 years or more.
Why is this award important?
• Build trust: It's an affirmative mark that that agent focuses not just on "sell and finish," but on caring for the customer so well that the customer sends a continuous premium.
• Elevate the Profession: It is a national award recognized by both the Association and life insurance companies throughout Thailand.
• Sustainability: This award has a higher level for consecutive years, such as the 5-year, 10-year or 15-year honor award.

จากประสบการณ์ตรงของผมในวงการประกันชีวิต รางวัล TNQA ไม่ได้เป็นเพียงแค่เกียรติยศธรรมดา แต่มันคือเครื่องหมายสำคัญที่สะท้อนถึงการทำงานที่มีคุณภาพและการดูแลลูกค้าอย่างจริงจัง ในส่วนของอัตราการถือครองกรมธรรม์ (Persistency Rate) ที่ต้องไม่ต่ำกว่า 90% ตลอด 2 ปีขึ้นไป นับเป็นความท้าทายที่ต้องใช้ทั้งความตั้งใจและความรับผิดชอบในการสนับสนุนลูกค้าให้ต่อเนื่อง ไม่ใช่แค่การขายเพื่อให้ได้จำนวนเพียงอย่างเดียว ผมเคยเห็นตัวแทนที่ได้รับรางวัลนี้นำหลักการนี้มาใช้จริงและสามารถสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้า จนลูกค้ามีความมั่นใจและไว้วางใจส่งเบี้ยประกันภัยต่อเนื่อง อีกหนึ่งจุดที่ผมอยากเน้นคือระดับความยั่งยืนของรางวัล TNQA ที่ไม่ได้หยุดอยู่แค่ปีเดียว แต่มีระดับขั้นสูงขึ้นตามระยะเวลาที่ได้รับรางวัลติดต่อกัน 5, 10 และ 15 ปี ทำให้ตัวแทนมุ่งมั่นพัฒนางานและรักษามาตรฐานอย่างต่อเนื่อง ซึ่งเป็นสิ่งที่ขับเคลื่อนวงการประกันชีวิตไทยให้เติบโตอย่างมั่นคงในระยะยาว จากข้อมูลที่ได้เห็นในงาน TNQA 2026 เช่น คุณมลสิชาหนิมสุข หน่วยเศรษฐี รวมถึงรองประธานฝ่ายบริหารตัวแทนประกันชีวิตภูมิภาค 10 คุณกรทักษ์แย้มนิยม บ่งบอกว่ารางวัลนี้ได้รับการยอมรับและแพร่หลายอย่างกว้างขวาง ทำให้ตัวแทนน้องใหม่สามารถเห็นภาพและแรงบันดาลใจในการพิชิตรางวัลนี้เพื่อยกระดับตัวเอง การสมัครตัวแทนที่มีความมุ่งมั่นแบบนี้และการได้รางวัล TNQA ไม่เพียงแต่เพิ่มชื่อเสียงส่วนตัว แต่ยังสร้างความมั่นใจให้กับลูกค้าที่กำลังสนใจเลือกซื้อประกันชีวิตอีกด้วย ถือเป็นการพิสูจน์คุณภาพและความเป็นมืออาชีพในสายงานนี้อย่างแท้จริง
