Countdown to Crown: Day 5 —Fav area of Competition
If I’m being honest, I truly love every part of competition. But for me, pageantry feels different — it doesn’t feel like a competition at all. It feels like a moment to speak from my heart, to show the world who I am, and to live the dream of reaching and inspiring others.
But if I had to choose just one favorite part, it’s the sisterhood.
I once heard someone say that the dressing room at a pageant feels like “running into all the girls in the bathroom at homecoming, the bar, etc.” — and they were so right. The energy, the encouragement, the laughs, the calm in the chaos — it’s unmatched.
The women I’ve met in pageantry have become lifelong friends. They keep me grounded, they lift me up, and they remind me why I started. I love hearing their stories, learning about their platforms, and celebrating every win (big or small) with them.
My favorite part of pageantry will forever be the sisterhood and support. That’s the crown you carry long after the stage lights fade.
