Trust not in man for he will & has failed this world 🌎 why you think the food here in the US was created with so much toxic then good! To keep you & I disconnected from our Creator! So the devil thought! Pays attention the devil is using food to kill We the people of the United States real talk but it’s up to you seek the truth & you will find without a doubt!#truth #truthvslies #selflove #selfcare #believe
Throughout my own journey toward healthier living, I've come to realize that the food we consume in the US often contains harmful additives that not only damage our physical health but also create a barrier between us and a more spiritual or mindful way of life. It's true that many processed foods are engineered with chemicals and preservatives designed to enhance shelf life and flavor but at the expense of our well-being. What helped me overcome this was consciously choosing foods in their most natural forms—fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins—while avoiding artificial ingredients. This change revived my energy and deepened my connection with my own beliefs and values. Beyond just diet, I found that self-care practices like mindful eating, meditation, and self-love were essential in healing those disconnections caused by toxic influences. I encourage everyone to question not only what is on their plate but also how society and industries may be shaping our diets for profit rather than health. By seeking out truth and prioritizing self-care, we can reclaim full empowerment over our bodies and spirits. It’s empowering to recognize the role food plays not just in physical nourishment but in our spiritual and emotional lives as well. Remember, small changes can make a big impact, and believing in better options is the first step toward transformation.
