๐Ÿ—“๏ธWeekly Coupon Budget โœ๏ธ๐Ÿงพ๐Ÿ“– ๐Ÿ’ฐ

Trying something new to track all hauls and keep the cash flow positive to support this hobby. ๐Ÿ˜†

Since I am juggling so many rebate apps, I needed a system where I can track all the cashbacks and making sure the cashback and rewards payout can fund the coupon haul. This way, I donโ€™t have to set aside budget funds for couponing.

I find tracking it weekly helps me grounded and be intentional with how I am spending my money on these hauls. Even if some are good deals, I need to see the cash flow is positive for ALL the items.

Next step is earning cash selling off items in the items that I donโ€™t need or selling overstock items from my stockpile. Iโ€™m so excited ๐Ÿค‘

My own journey into "Coupon Fund Budgeting" really took off when I realized how many different store loyalty programs and rebate apps are out there. It felt overwhelming at first, but with a good system, you can totally master them and keep your 'Cash Flow Tracker' looking healthy! Let's dive into some of the big players and how I personally leverage their programs to maximize my savings and fund my hauls. First up, CVS ExtraCare. Their program is fantastic for personalized coupons. I always check the CVS app before heading to the store โ€“ they often have great digital coupons that stack with store sales. Those ExtraBucks rewards? They're like free money! I factor them right into my weekly 'coupon budget' as funds I can use for future hauls, making sure my net cost is always positive. The key here is to always scan your card or app at checkout, even if you don't have coupons, to ensure you get all eligible ExtraBucks and track your spending for future personalized offers. Then thereโ€™s Walgreens myWalgreens. Similar to CVS, their digital coupons are a game-changer. I find their app user-friendly for clipping coupons, and they often have 'spend X, get Y' rewards that are excellent for stocking up on essentials. Combining these with manufacturers' coupons and then submitting to rebate apps is my secret sauce. Iโ€™ve found some amazing "clearance deals" on skincare and household items that become near-free with a good myWalgreens reward! Target Circle is another favorite. Beyond the RedCard 5% discount (which is a must-have if you shop there often), the Target Circle offers are incredible. I love how they often have percentage-off coupons for entire categories or specific brands. I keep an eye out for these, especially when combining them with sales. Their app also makes it super easy to save offers and apply them at checkout. Sometimes they even have "freebies" with a purchase, which is a great way to try new products without dipping into your actual budget. For everyday essentials and quick grabs, Dollar General DG Rewards canโ€™t be beaten. Their digital coupons are often for specific items, and they frequently offer 'spend X, save Y' deals that make a huge difference on a smaller basket. The trick is to check the app daily for new offers and load them before you shop. I've been able to grab cleaning supplies and pantry staples for pennies on the dollar with their rewards! While Walmart+ offers more on the subscription side with free shipping and fuel savings, their app is still crucial for price matching and finding rollbacks. For couponing, I focus on using manufacturer coupons and then submitting receipts to rebate apps, knowing that Walmartโ€™s everyday low prices provide a good base. Finally, a quick note on Kroger's fuel points/digital coupons. If you have a Kroger-affiliated store nearby, their digital coupons are fantastic for groceries. The fuel points are a huge bonus, effectively giving you cash back on gas just for buying your groceries there. The real magic happens when you integrate these store-specific programs into your own "Coupon Fund Budgeting" system. My "Coupon Haul Tracker" helps me quickly see which store offers I used and what my net spend was. By keeping a close eye on my "cash flow," I can ensure that the "rebate app rewards" and gift card balances I accumulate are always ready to fund my next big savings adventure. It's all about being intentional and making those digital coupons and rewards work hard for you!
