Level Up: 315kg Total & 1st Place!

What a day! Placed 1st in the 82.5kg class with a 315kg total and smashed PRs in all three lifts! Even those failed third attempts fueled the fire. This is just the beginning of my powerlifting journey, and I'm hungry for more. Huge thanks to my coach for their patience and guidance, and to my awesome gym bros for the constant motivation. Today was a win for all of us! Onward and upward! 🚀 #PowerliftingMotivation #NewPRs #powerliftingwomen #StrengthGoals #Grateful

... Read moreIn the world of powerlifting, achieving a personal record (PR) is a significant milestone. This achievement not only reflects physical strength but also mental fortitude. To further elevate your powerlifting journey, consider focusing on proper nutrition, recovery strategies, and mental preparation techniques. Nutrition plays a vital role in maximizing performance; consuming adequate protein, carbohydrates, and healthy fats ensures your body has the fuel it needs. Additionally, recovery is essential—incorporate rest days and active recovery sessions into your routine to prevent overtraining and injuries. Mental preparation is equally crucial. Visualization techniques can help you imagine successful lifts, reinforcing your confidence on the platform. Setting gradual goals can keep you motivated, whether it's improving your squat, bench press, or deadlift. Engaging with communities, such as support groups on social media or local clubs, can provide camaraderie and motivation. Furthermore, attending workshops or coaching sessions can offer insights into refining your technique. Remember, the journey in powerlifting is just as important as the results, so stay focused, stay driven, and keep pushing your limits!
