Strapped In and Ready!

My coach wasn't having any excuses today. He strapped me in and said, "No more 'the bar slipped' excuses!" We hit some big numbers today:

* 120 lbs x 5 reps

* 175 lbs x 3 reps

* 235 lbs x 10 reps

* 245 lbs x 9 reps
