High-Volume Squat Grind 🏋️♀️
Starting the week with some heavy-ish volume on the squats: 6\times6 with a little drop set in the middle (2 \times 6 at 170\text{ lbs}, 4 \times 6 at 150\text{ lbs}). Followed it up with Dimmel Deadlifts for the posterior chain and then some sneaky off-camera Bulgarian Split Squats and groiners to finish off the hips. Leg day completed. Now, we recover and grow!
