Speed Bench volume for the win! Focused on working with the Shoulder Saver 80 today to keep the shoulders healthy and build strength off the chest.

The weight ladder:

• 80 lbs x 10

• 115 lbs x 8

• 130 lbs x 5

• 145 lbs x 2

Reality check: Tried for 150 lbs, a weight I hit last week, but it wasn't in the cards today 🙅. We all have those sessions! Gotta respect the process and the body. Next week, that 150 is mine! 💪
