Back On Track: New Bench PR & Energy Check!

Felt great to get some heavy weight on the bar today! Swapped out the speed work for some straight strength focus (remembering that speed bench was the main lift on 2025-08-09!), and the hard work paid off.

Bench Press Sets:

• Set 1: 75 lbs / 10 reps

• Set 2: 115 lbs / 8 reps

• Set 3: 130 lbs / 6 reps

• Set 4: 140 lbs / 3 reps

• Set 5 (PR!): 145 lbs / 1 rep

• Set 6 (Redemption! 🙌): 150 lbs / 1 rep

Stoked that I managed to push that 150 lbs after failing it last week—that's what progress feels like. Also, had to bring the energy today with the best shirt from the TikTok shop: "I match energy so how are we acting today." Let's go! 💪
