Fear not!

We all face moments where fear tries to creep into our hearts, doesn't it? I try to make it a daily practice. Sometimes it's as simple as writing 'Isaiah 43:5' on a sticky note by my computer, or setting it as my phone's wallpaper. Other times, I'll meditate on the words 'GOD SAYS fear not, for I am with you' during my morning walk, letting each phrase sink in. Prayer is also a huge part of it – thanking God for His presence and asking Him to help me genuinely believe His promise.
