Besides exercise, I schedule self-care treatments like slimming tummy sessions. These not only help alleviate bloating but also offer a peaceful moment to unwind, which is essential when my schedule gets hectic. Incorporating moderation into my lifestyle is key—I indulge without strict dieting, enjoying foods that bring me comfort and joy, like garlic seaweed snacks or takeaway dinners when I’m too tired to cook. As a content creator, managing planning and replying to followers’ comments motivates me and keeps me connected to the community. Ending the day with comfort rituals like a latte and Netflix helps me wind down and switch off effectively, preparing for restful sleep.
