Ladies, let me tell you, glowing skin isn’t reserved for your 20s and 30s—it’s for all ages! 💎 Here’s my foolproof routine to keep my skin radiant and youthful:

1️⃣ Hydration is Key: I drink plenty of water daily and never skip moisturizing morning and night.

2️⃣ Vitamin C Love: A good Vitamin C serum brightens my skin and fades dark spots.

3️⃣ Sun Protection: My skin is melanin and melanin does offer some natural protection from UV rays, but it doesn’t fully prevent damage. So protect your skin, it helps with aging.

4️⃣ Gentle Exfoliation: I exfoliate 2-3 times a week to keep my skin smooth and fresh.

5️⃣ Healthy Diet: What we eat shows up on our skin. I focus on foods rich in antioxidants and healthy fats.

6️⃣ Positive Mindset: Stress shows on your skin, so I stay positive and embrace my glow at every stage of life.
