23 weeks😍
It's incredible how quickly these weeks fly by, especially when you're already a busy mom! Hitting 23 weeks pregnant with baby #6 feels like such a huge milestone. For those wondering about bump progress, this is usually when your belly really starts to pop and becomes undeniable. Gone are the days of subtly hiding my pregnancy; now, it's a beautiful, prominent bump that I love to show off! At this stage, your little one is growing so much, and you're probably feeling those adorable kicks and flutters more regularly. For me, it's a constant reminder of the life growing inside, and it never gets old, even with my sixth baby on the way! Each pregnancy is unique, but around 23 weeks, many moms experience increased energy (hello, second trimester boost!), although some days the fatigue can still hit. I find getting out and about, enjoying the fresh air, really helps. Just like in the picture, standing outdoors, maybe even catching some sun with my green sunglasses on, makes a world of difference. It's a great way to stay active without overdoing it. Speaking of bumps, it's fascinating how different they can look! Whether you have a long torso pregnancy bump or a more compact one, every belly is perfect. Don't compare your 23-week baby bump to anyone else's. What matters is that you and baby are healthy. For this pregnancy, I've found a lot of comfort in ruched dresses, like the grey one I'm wearing. They're super flattering and grow with you. As for symptoms, expect things like increased appetite, maybe some backaches as your center of gravity shifts, and possibly some swelling. Hydration is key! And if you're wondering about things like a "four month baby bump" or "16 week baby bump," you'll notice a significant difference by 23 weeks. Your uterus is now well above your belly button, and you're definitely looking pregnant. It's a wonderful time to connect with your baby and prepare for their arrival. For those of us going through our sixth pregnancy, it's a mix of knowing what to expect and rediscovering the magic all over again. We're already making plans for family adventures in our RV and truck once our little one arrives!
