Notable changes include the introduction of a new effect for Joyful Splash, allowing it to deal damage to enemies while also providing healing to allies across the battlefield. This ability now inflicts damage at a rate of 70/s, with healing mechanisms modified to ensure strategic advantages during team fights. The damage falloff starts from 20m and can reach a maximum of 65% at 40m, while the healing per second has been adjusted from 150 to 130 to maintain balance in gameplay. Furthermore, Aqua Burst has been revamped to operate as a charge ability, permitting a maximum of three charges with each charge taking three seconds to regenerate. The new mechanics allow for direct hits to launch enemies upwards, thereby increasing the spell field damage from 40 to 45. This change promotes an aggressive playstyle, enabling Jeff to disrupt enemy formations more effectively. Additionally, the Healing Bubble effect has shifted from one-time healing to continuous Healing Over Time, with an increased healing amount that escalates from an instant 85 to 120 over a span of four seconds. However, it should be noted that the maximum charges for this ability have been reduced from six to three, and the enemy launch-up effect has been completely removed. Finally, a new energy cap has been introduced to the Hide and Seek ability, marking a strategic evolution in Jeff's toolkit. This cap will limit energy drainage during submersion while providing a restoration boost once resurfaced.
