Incorporating self-care into your planning routine, much like how pets instinctively know when to chill, can pave the way for a more balanced life. Reflect on your priorities and draw inspiration from the small, joyful moments that can contribute to your overall well-being. Remember, true productivity stems from allowing yourself the grace of downtime, giving you space to think and dream.
