Spicy Seafood Vermicelli Soup 🍜 (Pho-Inspired)
Made this with pho broth + seafood broth, layered with fish sauce & a splash of soy sauce.
Added octopus, quail eggs, seaweed, mushrooms, and rice vermicelli.
(the flowers are dry, edible flowers that I got at the Asian market. It puts a light sweet touch to the ginger ale).
