I had not read in awhile
Been working on crocheting blankets for the family
Two more to go and I’m done for this year then I got one for a graduation present I want to do
books I had read
*Harry Potter /and the sorcerer’s stone (British ) (hard to understand as the way they talk is not the way of Americans talk lol but still so good read
*Anita Blake series by Laurell k Hamilton
**book 1: guilty pleasures (I was kind of shock what genre and how adult it is, I sure do love me a young adult books cause of how innocent it can be. But I do have to remember I am an adult now and I can read whatever I want and watch whatever I want lol)
**book 2: The Laughing Corpse
**book 3: Circus of the Damned
**book 4: The Lunatic Cafe
**book 5: Bloody Bones
**book 6: The Killing Dance
**book 7: Burnt Offerings (DNF, probably cause I gotten bored and there wasn’t much actions as the other books, then I started the crocheting projects)
The Anita Blake series I will have to reread Burnt Offerings to get started again and I can finish the book series. The author gotten up to book 30 as far I know. It great Vampire Diaries meet 1990s grunge. Lots of actions, lots of characters, sometimes too much it hard to keep up with it.
*Where the Crawdads Sing by Delia Owens (great read, I got paid to read during covid as I had to sit at a desk to check people temperatures coming in) when the movie came out Kya was not who I thought she be.
*Morganville Vampires series: by Rachel Caine
**book 1-11 or 12 out of 15 books total
Idk why I didn’t finish the series but it s good young adult fantasy , no smut! Some romance. Lots of actions and great mysteries characters. One character I love is so mysterious I actually want to meet him but he scares me too lol
*Stephen King “The Shining” to my surprise this was an easy read for me! Wasn’t that much scary
*Stephen King “Carrie” obviously ! it is my name and I love the 1976 movie Carrie with Sissy Spacek ! However I wish it wasn’t in two parts and there was chapters to it!
So help me out here?
Based on what I said what book recommendations you suggest?
Bonus if I have it already on my kindle as I have over 2000 books on it!
