Struggling and No One Believes It?💗
How many times a person may look fine.
How a person shows, functions and has the ability to hold, may or may not be the full truth.
Do you looking ok?
Are you coping?
In Survival Mode?
High Achiever?
Looks like having it all?
Rocking in life?
If and when we have awareness of what's really ongoing, emotion and mental health daily choices are allowing ourselves to be gentle and accept ourselves still..
Even when things may not make sense or seem HARD!
Truth is, I love and accept myself. I receive the messages from my body and is the safe adult for my Inner Child to recalibrate.

Is it me, or...?
Many of us put on a brave face, appearing successful and in control, yet underneath, we might be stuck in what experts call "functional freeze," a state where our nervous system is overwhelmed, causing emotional shutdown. I can relate deeply to this experience. There were mornings when I felt paralyzed by anxiety, even though to others I looked like I had everything together. Recognizing these hidden struggles is the first step toward healing. In my own healing journey, learning to listen to my body’s signals became crucial. The inner child work helped me provide safety and comfort to parts of myself that had long been ignored. This is important because when no one else seems to understand us, we can become our own safe adult, offering patience and kindness. If you’re coping with anxiety or feel like no one believes your struggles, know that you’re not alone. Practices like emotional mapping and nervous system regulation can assist in tuning into your emotions and gradually restoring balance. For me, sharing my story and connecting with others who understand functional freeze helped reduce the isolation and shame associated with these feelings. Remember, it’s okay not to have it all figured out and to seek support. Healing takes time, but every step toward gentle self-acceptance is a victory worth celebrating.
