1 Person's Gift,Became An Experience for Thousands
I left CJ Hendry's Flower Market with more than a flower.
I left thinking about gifts.
Not the gifts we receive.
The gifts we carry.
One person's creativity became an experience that thousands of people chose to spend time, energy, and attention on.
People queued.
People smiled.
People took photos.
People connected.
All because someone was willing to share what was already inside them.
It made me wonder:
How many gifts remain hidden because we think they are too small?
Too ordinary?
Not important enough?
At Mummy's Devine, I often say:
"I create spaces where women soften, listen, and remember what they already carry."
Perhaps our gifts were never meant to stay hidden.
Perhaps they were meant to be shared.
Not because they need to be perfect.
But because they might become exactly what someone else needs.
What gift are you carrying that you've been afraid to share?

Visiting CJ Hendry's Flower Market was truly a remarkable experience, and it taught me a lot about the power of sharing our innate gifts. What struck me most was how a single person's creativity could create such an immersive experience that drew thousands—not just to see flowers, but to feel something deeper. Often, we hesitate to share what we perceive as small or ordinary gifts, doubting their significance. Yet, this event revealed that what may seem simple or even unnoticed by ourselves can resonate powerfully with others. CJ Hendry didn’t just display flowers; she shared a part of her artistic vision, a gift that sparked joy, connection, and reflection among visitors. Reflecting on this, I realized that many of us carry hidden talents or unique perspectives we keep under wraps. Sometimes it's fear of judgment or a belief that our gift isn't important enough. But these gifts might be exactly what someone else needs to experience growth, inspiration, or comfort. In my own life, I’ve found that sharing my passions, even when imperfect, led to unexpected bonds and new opportunities. Whether it’s through art, storytelling, or simply offering kindness, displaying our authentic selves can create ripples beyond what we imagine. This experience shows how community spaces—like the flower market transformed by CJ Hendry—can become catalysts for collective joy and creativity. It encourages us to soften our inner critics and dare to share our gifts openly. So, I ask myself and others: What gift are you carrying that you’ve been afraid to share? By embracing and offering it, you might inspire thousands just like one person’s flower market experience did.
