Youngho adulting day 4

Yk I’m rlly bad at trying to be consistent doing these I wanna do these everything night but it’s random times. I’m sad again but I have to remember I fell for the potential in him and what thought I put in my head I wanted him to be. So that is my fault. I believe it’s a mix of limerence and love but ig I held on to someone longer than usual again bc idk when’s the next time I’ll have this. I like to be alone but I need to get familiar and comfortable and I mean rlly comfortable w/ being lonely but it’s doesn’t need to be depressing. Yet here I still am… so I’m posting abt my toes to attract those type of ppl to show more attraction to my page as a social experiment and even a way to make money selling my content. We shall seee. But for now I am struggling going back and forth between timelines, careers and what’s best for me. Once again it’s my decision and I have to be confident in this. Ik it’s not gonna be easy but duhhhh the work and tittle and pay is all worth it but as of rn tryna to save money , Mae extra money and live a little. Lol even at all of this I still wonder what he’s doing and if he misses me. Or wants to be w/ me 💔 sad and pathetic ik but I’m js a girl. I don’t think I’ll get over ts js like that but if I do then that’s great honestly.

... Read moreDealing with heartbreak is an intensely personal experience, and learning to live with the mix of emotions that come with it can feel overwhelming. From personal experience, understanding that holding onto the idea of 'potential' in someone can lead us deep into limerence—a craving for emotional reciprocation that isn’t necessarily grounded in reality—helps in eventually releasing that attachment. It’s a process that takes time and conscious effort, often involving moments of loneliness that don’t have to feel empty or depressing but rather an opportunity for self-reflection. Allowing yourself the space to be comfortable alone is a powerful step towards emotional independence. Embracing solitude can mean discovering new facets of your personality, cultivating hobbies, or focusing on personal growth without the noise of external influences. Many find that engaging in small, expressive acts—like sharing a social experiment or creative content online—can unexpectedly build connection and even open doors to new opportunities, such as monetizing one’s creativity. Adulting also means balancing practical concerns like finances and career decisions while managing emotional well-being. It’s common to feel stuck between different timelines or paths, but confidently making choices based on your current values is crucial. Remember that the hard work and effort you put into your goals, even if stressful, contribute significantly to your sense of accomplishment and future happiness. In moments when you find your mind drifting to 'what ifs' or wondering about someone from your past, try to gently bring your focus back to your present journey. Healing is rarely linear, and being patient with yourself is essential. It’s okay to feel vulnerability while also pushing forward—both emotions coexist in the complex journey of personal growth and love. This balance fosters resilience, helping you to eventually find peace and perhaps new love when the time is right.
