Office syndrome. At 23.
We actually started having back pain at high school.
Especially when traveling often or sitting long, rarely moving.
It was not thought that the symptoms would accumulate to this day.
At 22, neck, shoulder and back pain became apparent.
Some days the pain is so stiff that I feel sick. I can't do anything fully.
So we decided to go through a variety of treatments, cupping, acupuncture and electrical stimulation.
I have to admit, it's actually getting better. It's soothing. It's getting more comfortable.
But the downside is that it has to be done continuously and quite often.
Because of the unfavorable time of life, we did not move on seriously.
After that, we tried to modify ourselves.
Start exercising. Stretch your body more.
But with our daily routine still a long ride. Use the same body posture repeatedly.
The pain in the neck, shoulders, shoulders and back has not yet been cured.
Office Syndrome at 23 allows us to learn that
The pain doesn't happen overnight, and it takes time to take care of yourself.
If left early in the end, it will always come back to reclaim us. 🫶🏻
