私もコストコでの買い物後のルーティンを充実させたいと思い、この記事を参考にしてみました。特に焼きそばを冷凍保存し、食べる時に蒸す方法はとても実用的で感動しました。私の場合はアイラップが手に入らない時にはクッキングシートで包んで蒸す方法を試してみたところ、油分の多い豚バラが包んだままでも蒸せて、とてもジュー シーに仕上がりました。包み方はキャンディ包みのように見せるけれど少し改良の余地があり、私も何度かいろいろな包み方を挑戦しています。 そして、鮭ハラスの使い方もすぐに真似しました。焼いた後に少量のお酒をかけて冷凍する方法は、食べるときに温め直してもパサつかず、ふっくら仕上がるので時短にもなり大満足です。家族にも好評で冷凍庫の常備品にしています。 また、コストコで購入した商品の中でも、発芽玄米やHARI HARIという商品が気になり、次回購入予定に加えました。毎月コストコでの買い物が楽しみになり、帰宅後のルーティンがよりスムーズで楽しくなります。この記事のように購入品ごとに使い方や保存法を工夫することで、食材を無駄なく使い切れるのも嬉しいポイント。これからも色々と試して、自分の生活スタイルに合ったルーティンを見つけていきたいです。
