I always wanted to give these a try. Especially after hearing people in the vegan community using them as a substitution for fried chicken🤔
I was skeptical at first…but my entire family lovesss them! My kids can’t tell a difference and that’s actually pretty wild😂
We ate our fried Oyster Mushrooms as we would a fried chicken sandwich paired with lettuce, tomatoes and buffalo sauce! Toasted our buns and….CHEFS KISS😘
The only stores in my area that I know sales them are Sprouts & Whole Foods Market.

Wow never had it fried. Gonna have to try this. I have some in the freezer my dad picked himself. I sauté u til golden brown with butter, fresh garlic, salt and pepper. Sooooo good.
