How many products is too many? 🤔🤷🏽♀️😂
Wash day or “Me day” as I call it, is a day i look forward to ALL week. First off day, nothing to do, just listen to city pop or watch anime. Exercise, wash day for my hair, and grooming day for my body.
I think its important that we all set aside just 1 day. Doesn’t have to be both off days. I get it. We all have stuff to do but love up on yourself for just 1 day. Changes your mood for the entire week and sets tge tone.
*side-note**: I love the Camille Rose products. They smell so good I teminded myself to not taste them. They’re kind of $$ but its worth it in size and quality. I have 4a hair so ya girl NEEDS MOISTURE. My hair dries put in record time so i moisturize to DEATH. Today is my first time trying perm rods. I’m so scared lol. BUT that means it’s gonna be 🔥 because when I’m scared it always comes out perfect. How many products do you use on self-care/wash day? How many do you think is too many? #selfcare #washdayproducts #camillerose #naturalhair #bodytransformation #glowup #washdayroutine #hairstyles
Wash days, or "Me days," are essential for self-care and maintaining healthy hair. Many people wonder about the right number of hair products to use, especially with diverse textures like 4a hair, which requires significant moisture. Brands like Camille Rose have garnered a following due to their quality and fragrance, making them popular choices among natural hair enthusiasts. While some argue that fewer products promote better hair health, others may use a variety, believing in layering for moisture and hardness. It's crucial to find a routine that feels right for you. Consider experimenting with a few products at a time, monitoring how your hair responds, and listening to your hair's needs. Many find that investing in quality over quantity offers better results. As you refine your wash day routine, remember that the goal is to embrace what works for you and fosters healthy, beautiful hair.
