TRIMESTER #3: REAL TALK
oh girl i don’t know if it’s been a bad week or whattttt
I’ve been super exhausted & working has been super hard. I don’t even work full shifts as it is. it’s hardddd. I also am someone who has NEVER had indigestion in my life! So this is different, I was like uhmmm do i have strep, am i going to throw up? what is going on lol but as a 20 yr old i just feel so off. especially because ive always been super active and healthy. (not that im not healthy) things are just so different. I feel like I run a 10 mile marathon every day !!!
All of this is going to be super worth it though right?! for sure! & they do say as pregnant women you are in a 40 week marathon! & I have 12 more to go!! I would love some young pregnant girlies or some girlies in general to talk to and work together to get through the hard parts of pregnancy!
Us women are so strong, love us! 🫶🏻

As you enter the third trimester of pregnancy, many women experience significant physical and emotional changes. Fatigue often becomes more pronounced, making it feel like you're running a marathon every day. Symptoms such as body aches, cramps, and even indigestion can arise, leaving many young moms wondering how to cope effectively. Community support is invaluable during this time. Connecting with fellow young pregnant women can offer practical advice and emotional reassurance. Engaging in online forums or local meet-ups can provide a platform where experiences are shared, and tips on managing discomfort are exchanged. Stay active within limits; light exercises recommended by healthcare providers can boost energy levels and enhance well-being. Remember also to prioritize self-care and seek medical advice if your symptoms become severe or concerning. The journey may feel overwhelming, but with the right support, every challenge can be faced with confidence and grace. Embrace these last weeks of pregnancy, knowing that you're strong and resilient, just like many women before you.
