Just a moment...
We've arrived in June.
Half a year ago,
There could be a whole day with a big smile.
And the day when tears must be kept alone
There's a day when everything goes according to plan.
And there was a day when life took another turn.
Without catching up.
But no matter what you find,
I want you to look back a little bit.

Good at getting through stories.
Good at getting up and starting again every morning.
Good at still taking care of your heart
Even some days are tired until almost without strength
June is not just the sixth month of the year.

มิถุนายนถือเป็นช่วงเวลาที่สำคัญอย่างหนึ่งในชีวิตครั้งหนึ่งที่เราได้มีโอกาสทบทวนเรื่องราวที่ผ่านมา ไม่ว่าจะเป็นความสำเร็จ ความผิดหวัง หรือความเหนื่อยล้า สิ่งสำคัญคือการให้กำลังใจตัวเอง ซึ่งผมเองได้เรียนรู้ว่าการก้าวผ่านเรื่องราวที่ไม่คาดฝันได้สำเร็จนั้นต้องอาศัยความอดทนและการยอมรับในทุกอารมณ์ของตัวเอง ผมอยากแนะนำให้ทุกคนลองให้เวลาตัวเองได้พักและอยู่กับความรู้สึก เพื่อช่วยเยียวยาหัวใจ และอย่าลืมที่จะล้อมรอบตัวเองด้วยคนที่มีพลังบวกและสนับสนุนเรา เพราะพลังบวกเหล่านี้ช่วยเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งในช่วงเวลายากลำบาก ยิ่งไปกว่านั้น พยายามไม่เปรียบเทียบตัวเองกับใคร เพราะแต่ละคนมีเส้นทางและจังหวะชีวิตที่แตกต่างกัน สิ่งที่สำคัญคือการค่อย ๆ เดินไปข้างหน้าในแบบของเราเอง และหากวันใดเหนื่อยหรือท้อ ขอให้รู้ว่าคุณยังไม่โดดเดี่ยว มีคนที่เข้าใจและคอยเชียร์คุณอยู่เสมอ การดูแลหัวใจของตัวเองคือกุญแจสำคัญที่จะช่วยให้เราทนต่อแรงกดดันและความท้าทายต่าง ๆ ในชีวิตได้ และยังสามารถเริ่มต้นสิ่งใหม่ ๆ ด้วยพลังใจที่สดใสในทุกเช้า ครึ่งปีหลังยังเต็มไปด้วยโอกาสในการสร้างความสุขและการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่ดี ขอให้ทุกคนได้พบกับรอยยิ้มและความสบายใจมากขึ้น ซึ่งจะช่วยเติมเต็มชีวิตให้อ่อนโยนและอบอุ่นยิ่งขึ้น สุดท้าย ผมขอฝากให้คุณประเมินและให้กำลังใจตัวเองผ่านไดอารี่หน้าใหม่ เพื่อเป็นพลังให้กับวันที่น่าจดจำและวันที่กำลังจะมาถึง อย่าลืมว่าคุณเก่งมากที่ผ่านมาได้ถึงตรงนี้ และยังมีเวลาอีกมากสำหรับการเริ่มต้นใหม่อย่างมั่นใจและใจเย็น
