what I ran today as a ✨slow✨ runner 🏃🏼‍♀️🎧💦
todays run was a bit difficult but I was pushing myself to run closer to a 12 min pace since I’ve been averaging 13-14. I’m slowly seeing improvement but man my shins are soreee and yes I’m doing everything I can to prevent shin splints 😅 I’ve had them before and they turned into stress fractures
