การเที่ยวไต้หวันถ้าไม่ลองชิมร้านดังเหล่านี้ถือว่าพลาดมากครับ ผมมีประสบการณ์ตรงที่เคยไปต่อคิวที่ร้าน The Fishery ท่าเรือสีรุ้ง เห็นด้วยเลยว่าคิวยาวจริง ต้องไปก่อนเที่ยงวันเพราะถ้าไปช้าเกินคิวอาจยาวและรอนานมาก ผมแนะนำว่าเวลาสั่งที่ร้าน Wang’s Broth ย่านวัดหลงซาน ควรไปหาโต๊ะก่อนแล้วค่อยไปรอคิวเพื่อสั่งอาหาร เพราะทางร้านใช้ระบบเขียนเลขโต๊ะทำให้สะดวกและรวดเร็ว นอกจากนี้หมูตุ๋นของร้านนี้รสชาติดีเหมือนหมูพะโล้ซึ่งเนื้อนุ่มมาก แต่แนะนำให้สั่งมาแบ่งทานเพราะอาหารค่อนข้างเลี่ยนถ้าทานเยอะ ส่วนร้าน Master of Rice Ball เป็นร้านอาหารเช้าในฟ่านถ่วนที่ผมชอบมาก อาหารนุ่มนอกกรอบใน รสชาติกลมกล่อมทั้งหวานและเค็มในเมนู Signature ราคาไม่แพงเหมาะสำหรับเริ่มต้นวันใหม่ และ Mei Lei ที่อยู่ใน food court ตึก Taipei 101 เมนูข้าวไข่ข้นกุ้งจานใหญ่ให้ความคุ้มค่ากับราคา นอกจากนี้ในเซตมีขนมปังสับปะรด ชานม ซุป และผัดเต้าหู้ครบครัน ชานมจะหวานมากเพราะไม่มีน้ำแข็งนะครับ ใครชอบหวานตัดน้ำแข็งน่าจะชอบ ถือเป็นอีกหนึ่งตัวเลือกดีๆ ในย่าน Taipei 101 สำหรับเพื่อนๆ ที่กำลังวางแผนไปเที่ยวไต้หวัน ขอแนะนำว่าควรเตรียมเวลาไปกินอาหารเหล่านี้ช่วงเช้าหรือก่อนเที่ยง เพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงคิวยาว โดยเฉพาะร้านที่ติดอันดับมิชลิน รวมทั้งเตรียมเงินสดไว้พร้อมเพราะบางร้านอาจจะยังไม่รับบัตรเครดิต และอย่าลืมสั่งเมนูแนะนำของแต่ละร้านเพื่อไม่ให้พลาดรสชาติที่ดีที่สุดของสถานที่นั้นๆ สุดท้ายนี้ หากได้ไปตามรอยร้านเหล่านี้แล้วอย่าลืมแชร์ประสบการณ์และเมนูโปรดให้เพื่อนๆ ได้รู้กัน จะได้เป็นข้อมูลช่วยกันสำหรับคนที่กำลังจะไปเที่ยวไต้หวันเช่นกันครับ!
