POPPI Review: Gut Health

One of my 2024 goals is to get healthier for myself & my family. To me, eating cleaner doesn’t have to mean cutting out all the foods and snacks that I love. It’s abt balance.

I don’t drink soda all the time but when I get a taste for it, POPPI Prebiotic has quickly become a new favorite.

I have tried a few and liked them but I personally like the olipop flavors more. But I usually have to mix it with something like a flavor packet or juice.
