Break the mug!

... Read moreBreaking a mug might seem like a simple act, but it carries deep symbolic meaning related to release and transformation. I remember a time when I was holding onto past mistakes and negative emotions much like holding an old, fragile mug. It weighed me down and restricted my growth. Choosing to 'break the mug' represented my decision to let go of those limiting beliefs and embrace change. This act mirrored the concept of shifting timelines—moving from an old version of myself to a new, empowered one. It wasn't easy at first; breaking something valuable often triggers hesitation because of attachment. However, the process of release is essential for growth. The hashtags #timeline, #shift, and #release perfectly encapsulate this journey. Allowing yourself to break free from what no longer serves you opens the door to transformation and new opportunities. The mention of @Columbia symbolizes a fresh start or a journey to new places—physically or metaphorically. In practicing this, I found that releasing negativity and embracing change helped me cultivate resilience and clarity. If you’re feeling stuck, consider what old 'mugs' in your life need breaking. It might be habits, beliefs, or relationships. This symbolic release can initiate a powerful personal shift leading you toward a more authentic and fulfilling path.

Hi. you don't know me, but this is the second time I've seen this video. each time, as soon as the mug broke, I naturally exhaled (I didnt even realize until after) and felt like a weight lifted. i wish you had broken the rest of it. that being said-you then say you are going to keep a piece of it and things felt heavy again. the whole point of your doing this was to stop holding onto things that were holding you back, so you break it bc of visions you had of it breaking-which generally means people get rid of it- yet you're still choosing to hold onto it and that feels like this was all, kind of, pointless. doesn't it? at least, to me. Just my opinion. I'm so proud of you and you did so well though! Great job hun!

You broke it so just throw it away. You will feel so much better. All of it. No saving any pieces.
