From my experience, consistently performing 4 sets of 12 reps allows the muscles enough stress to grow while maintaining proper form and reducing injury risks. The ALT Dumbbell Snatch is excellent for explosive power and engages both your upper body and core. Turn Squats develop leg strength and flexibility, while Plank Alt Rows challenge your core stability and back muscles. Adding Halo Squats that combine rotational movement with squatting helps improve shoulder mobility and lower body strength simultaneously. Keeping workout days like “Weight Lifted Wednesdays” creates a motivating midweek checkpoint, encouraging routine and accountability. Remember to start with weights that match your current fitness level and progressively increase as you get stronger.
