I visited on our wedding anniversary.

The inside of the store is a calm atmosphere and it is an environment where you can enjoy a meal leisurely. All the dishes were carefully made and I was satisfied from the beginning to the end.

Appetizer

It looks colorful, and the taste is decided firmly for each dish, so expectations will rise from the beginning.

Today's pasta (smoked saury)

The smoked scent rises, and the umami of saury is entwined with the pasta and it has an impressive taste. It went well with the pasta with a chewy texture.

Fish dish (Conger pike frit)

The batter was light and crispy, and the inside was fluffy. The salty taste of karasumi became an accent, and the overall balance was very good.

Meat dish (grilled Bizen beef fillet)

The quality of the meat was soft and juicy, and the umami spread with each bite. The sauce did not insist too much and brought out the taste of the meat.

Dessert Plate

With the message of the anniversary, it is a gorgeous and special finish. My wife was very pleased and it was a good memorial.

We were very satisfied and went home saying that it was delicious.

All the dishes were highly complete, and the service was polite and comfortable.

I think it was the right answer to choose a special day

「リストランテストラーダ」レビューとして、私が行って良かったポイントをもう少し補足します。記念日利用だと“味”だけじゃなくて“空気感”も大事ですが、ここは店内が落ち着いていて会話のテンポが崩れにくく、ゆっくり食事を楽しめました。騒がしさが少ないので、デートや夫婦の食事に向いている印象です。コースは全体的に「丁寧に作られている」感じが強く、特に印象に残ったのが自家製生パスタ。今回は燻製秋刀魚のパスタで、燻製の香りがふわっと立ち上がって、魚の旨味がソースとして一体化していました。モチモチ食感の生パスタなので、ソースがしっかり絡んで満足感が高いです。魚介系パスタが好きな人は刺さると思います。魚料理は淡路産鱧のフリット。衣が軽くてサクッとしていて、身はふんわり。カラスミの塩味がアクセントになっていて、単調にならず最後まで食べ飽きませんでした。見た目も華やかで、写真を撮りたくなる一皿です。メインの肉は岡山県産の備前牛フィレのグリル。フィレらしく柔らかく、焼き加減も重すぎないので、コース終盤でも食べやすかったです。ソースが主張しすぎないタイプで、肉の旨味がちゃんと立っていました。記念日で嬉しかったのが、デザートプレートのメッセージ（Happy Anniversary）。特別感が出るので、予約時に“記念日利用”を伝えておくのがおすすめです。うちは最初「量が多いと食べきれるかな…」と心配していましたが、重たすぎる料理が続く感じではなく、結果的に完食できました。初めて行く人向けのコツとしては、①記念日や誕生日なら事前にメッセージ対応を相談、②コース内容は季節で変わりやすいので、苦手食材があれば早めに伝える、③前菜からデザートまで写真を撮るなら食事の流れを止めない程度にサッと、を意識すると満足度が上がると思います。総合的に「リストランテストラーダレビュー」としては、特別な日に選んで正解だったお店。料理の完成度・雰囲気・サービスのバランスが良く、また季節を変えて再訪したいと思える体験でした。
