The world constantly tells us to be better, faster, and stronger...Sometimes we forget, "People don't have to be strong all the time."

🌻 little Checklist for weak days:
1. Waking up to life: Open your eyes to a new day is a success.
2. Answer the message as far as you can: Don't pressure yourself to talk to anyone all the time.
3. Eat a full meal: Be sure to take care of the body that is the home of the heart.
4. Sleep when the heart starts to get tired: Give yourself some time. Reset.
🌙 Note to self before going to bed:
Don't rush tonight...You can come back and be good tomorrow, warm clothes, drink a lot of water and wait for the day when your heart is really ready. Start again.
