🟠 What month should I start building a house??
Generally speaking, starting house construction in Thailand should start building when it runs out of rain (around November-February). It is usually considered the most appropriate in terms of weather. 👷🏼♂️
✔️ a period of no rain or very little, allowing construction work to continue without frequent interruption from heavy rains, which has a positive effect on dryness-intensive tasks such as structural work, concrete pouring, masonry, plastering and painting.
✔️ The soil dries and hardens quickly. It is beneficial to foundation and pile work.
✔️ The mechanic works conveniently. The temperature is quite cool. The mechanic works agile and efficient.

• Summer (March-May)
Hot weather can cause concrete and mortar to dry too quickly. Must take good care of the curing. The mechanic may work hard during very sunny weather.

• Rainy season (around June-October)
❌ is the most cautious period because heavy rainfall delays work, damaged materials (such as sand, water fresco), concrete pouring or plastering may have problems with moisture and job quality, difficult material transposition, and risk moisture seepage into structures.
✔️ The soil is moist, it may be suitable for some types of pilings (but be careful about weakening or flooding), and the weather is not as hot as summer.
🟠 If construction takes about 6-12 months, starting at the end of the year will allow the most important part of the work (that should not come across rain) to be completed during dry weather.
But no matter what season you choose, the most important thing is the availability of funds, the funding (as a matter of belief), and the planning of the work that is consistent with the contractor.
