Pilates is an inside job! 🥰

I started with no excuses even though I had every excuse in the book. I pushed through it even though I felt like my heart was going to explode from my chest because I really knew it wasn’t. Getting in shape isn’t easy, otherwise everyone would do it.

When I discovered Pilates it seriously changed my life.

I will always advocated for Pilates and strength splits for a healthier physical(and mental) life #pilatesjourney #pilatessculpt #embracevulnerability #fitnessgoals
